Any refund requests made by viewers for the money contributed to live streamers will be handled directly by the streamer. The streamer reserves the right to deduct standard transaction charges from the refund amount.
Any refund requested by streamers from FamPe will be processed on a prorated basis. For example, if an annual plan was purchased and the streamer wishes to cancel after 6 months, FamPe will deduct the standard monthly subscription charges for the used period and refund the remaining amount. Please note that any additional discount given for the yearly plan will not be applied to the refund.
All refunds may take up to 15 business days to process. We strive to handle all refund requests promptly, but the exact processing time may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution involved.
Certain services and digital products provided by FamPe may be non-refundable. These include, but are not limited to, custom services, one-time fees, and digital products delivered upon purchase. Please review the terms of service for specific services or products for more details.
